Alevante is managed by Ángel León “The Chef of the Sea”, winner of the national award for gastronomy. The menu is based on the most successful dishes at Aponiente, showcasing the many highlights of this great chef’s career which has brought him 2 Michelin Stars and 3 Repsol Suns.

The Restaurant Alevante has been included in the Michelin Guide 2017 and has earned its first Sun from the Repsol Guide.

Located in the Hotel Meliá Sancti Petri (Cadiz), the only LUXURY 5-star hotel in the province of Cadiz, its cuisine is based on zero kilometre products which are fresh every day and specialities from the sea.
